SURVEY RESULTS ARE IN!

49% of the building responded.  Thank you to everyone that participated!

70% said they would use the deck WAY more (3 more times per month) or a TON more (almost every day in the summer) if the deck was better furnished!

64% of people want to get to know more people in the building.  Let’s have more events on the roof!

Features that people want on the roof.  The most popular options are lounge seating (30 people requested), grill (29 people requested), and high top tables (24 people requested).  Sunbathing chairs, speakers, and decorative plants are all tied at 17 people that wanted them.  See chart!

Based on everyone’s feedback we’ve found a grill, 2 bistro tables, and a small bluetooth speaker.  We’ve also put together 2 different proposals for the lounge area and table – see below.  We’d love to add more plants and decorative lighting if more money is raised in the Kickstarter!

Project Timeline:

By Wednesday, July 23^rd:  Receive feedback from all interested residents on the rooftop furniture proposal by Wednesday, July 23^rd

By Monday July 28^th:  Finalize rooftop plan based on feedback and launch Kickstarter Campaign

By August 11^th:  Kickstarter Campaign ends

By August 14^th:  Buy all furniture

By August 28^th:  Have all furniture installed

By September 4^th:  Roof kickoff party
